Jacob's Ladder has once of the best plot twist ever created in American movie history in my opinion… Won't spoil it for those of you who haven't seen it but it's most definitely a must see

I Saw the Devil is EXCELLENT but I wouldn't say it has gore in it. There's a lot of blood, and you see the aftermath of some dismemberment, but it isn't gory per we, just brutal and bloody in parts

i dont like shinning … too long , rarely something interesting happens, compared to blade runner, its also long but it has great atmosphere to sink in and scenes

Asian movies are always best for psychological thrillers imo! This list isn't bad, but I suggest watching some Korean thrillers. Would completely screw with your mind. That's what I love the most.

What is the name of this movie where the opening scene is like a man in a chair cutting his own stomach open its like black and white, no dialogue just sound of flies and subtle music. It was super disturbing
