    It might have been a laugh but there's a lot of exercises that should be avoided in this video….I hope this isn't a regular class as all people will get from this is injuries and lost time when they could have been doing real workouts.

    Exellent and my med ball exercise is on floor straight armed plank position strong core nuetral spine both toes on solid med ball then gently take one left foot off ball so just right toes on med ball hands on floor slowly take left foot out to side squeeze glutes throughout exercise repeat 10 x then change for right leg this id say is advance m/b plank leg abductor….you video was fun wish i was there peace

    I have about 5 routines that nobody did. But, then I saw a lot of routines that I have never done before. This is a great exposure to all of the possibilities of using weighted balls or medicine balls. Great fun video to watch. 5 stars.

    The haste is suboptimal, sorry to say. Injuries at Joints and Muscles are the result. With weight I would always do very slow motions. In the long run, you will be the winner.
