Black coffee has been shown to boost metabolism by up to 11% and dramatically increase fat-burning potential.  Other studies have even shown that the rate of fat being burned while drinking caffeine can improve by 10% in obese individuals and by 29% in lean individuals.

    I have a question.I know you said black is best I want to go vegan and I thought a soy milk coffee would be a good way to replace some of the lost nutrients. What's your advice

    Great clip. The only thing I'd add is it's a good idea to add some real milk if you have MVP or GERD. The milk neutralizes the acidity and helps to prevent heart murmurs and acid reflux. I do the same thing for green tea. I guess one other issue is the sweet spot before workouts seems to be 1 hr. based on most of the videos I've seen. It's likely to get the maximum adrenaline boost for the full workout instead of just the beginning.

    So I'm not really a coffee drinker
    1. Because I really don't like the taste unless it has a lot of sugar and milk and
    2. Because years ago I used to get heart burns and now I'm scared to drink coffee
    Buuuuut… after watching your video, I would like to try it especially for the health benefits like weight lose and depression.

    But I'm not sure which way to make coffee is better. For instance, I do not own a coffee machine nor do I know how to brew coffee. I live in an room with no kitchen…so my questions are:
    1. Does it matter if the coffee is organic or not?
    2. Is instant coffee better or not?
    3. If I can't handle regular coffee, could I get the same beneficial results with decaf?
