Breakfast is the most important meal of the day guys. Cereals from a packet often have added sugar in them. But my granola dust recipe has no such thing – packed with fruit, oats, nuts and nutrients plus a secret flavour that your kids will love. There are loads of ways to eat it :

    we had this discussion with my colleagues – because i eat this every morning in the office and they are quite shocked and even claim it's unhealthy to combine milk and yogurt, do you think they have a point?

    when you say ground coffee, what kind of coffee exactly is that you mean. As I see it I think you mean French coffee that we use in filter coffee makers. I have instant esspresso in my house but I don't know what you mean and what is best. please enlighten​ me!

    I do love coffee but is there a substitution for the ground coffee grounds if you dont havs any on hand? Wondering why he didnt add cinnamon, love it on everything and is. natural sweetener!

    i would absolutely love to make this, my daughter is allergic to oats and nuts though, any thoughts on a similar breakfast changing those 2 items out?

    made this with out the coffee and cocoa , toasted the oats 180C for about half hour , grinded it with a jug blender.

    Any chance of doing a video on making yogurt? Bought yogurt can be loaded with sugar. I have tried the packaged ‘make at home’ and it’s just watery yuk! If you already have please send link!

    Great stuff Jamie. Just one think really dont fit into your recipe its movement of your hands. It is like 15 year old teenager who is trying to be very cool. You dont need this . It is disturbing and taking concetration away from yor lovely recipe. I thought I'm watching rap music video. -:)
