    Definitely helpful! I'm actually catching up on football since I'm so rusty. I did it a lot as a kid, but as I got older I stopped because I was self conscious being a girl playing on an all boys team. I appreciate it, keep doing what you're doing man!

    I got like the best idea for a drill, do the around the world burpees but when you turn around you gotta bear crawl for 10 yards then you do it again
