A full body bodyweight strength and dumbbell strength circuit you can put into your fitness class or bootcamp or if you are a fitness enthusiast looking for new moves, than watch this short video and use this workout circuit. Do each move 12-15 times, or 12-15 times each side of the body. I am using a 15 pound dumbbell but you can use anything you want!

    I really appreciate your video. I am a few years into teaching and have learned so much. I can not tell you how great your attitude is in sharing your knowledge. It is great to be an instructor to other peers. Will be doing some of these in between kickboxing bouts in class today:)

    shelly i would love to see how to work in duo,s in class.Its sometimes nice to switch things up and its more interactive than doing the exercises besides eachother.

    Wow, your sweating buckets and that's how I like to be when I workout. I am a fitness instructor and was looking to add some explosive moves and I have found them thank you…your in awesome shape, I just typed in HIIT workouts and yours was the first video that came up.
