If you think “selling” is a dirty word, then you’re going to hate this weeks video. In it I share the 4 roles every sales process should work towards and how they’re all integrated.

Excellent advice Dan! I think you nailed the 4 roles. IMO the biggest hurdle entrepreneurs face is the embracing of sales. Thanks Dan for laying the foundation for others.

    Hi Dan

Thanks a lot for the video, very insightful.

Currently our "project managers" (not on commission) pretty much have all the roles: inbound leads qualifier, sales, account manager.

In a way this is good because we get a lot of inbound leads, and when a project manager gets on a call with a prospect they can learn directly about the clients' needs. There is no loss of information when it's transferred to someone else. We also currently need to create a video brief and send the corresponding quote before a prospect becomes a client.

But I feel like we're not converting as well as we could. And we might not "farm" enough our current customers.

So there's room for improvement, we just need to figure out how. Maybe have the project manager that's best at selling handle the first steps of the inbound sales process.

Loved this video Dan. I will certainly be watching it again and using it as a reference, as it just makes perfect sense.
    Cheers again Ben
