How To Install A Bottom Bracket (MID, BMX Bike)




Install video for a Mid bottom bracket using a KHE Bearingless Bottom Bracket on Adam LZ’s Bike. The bottom bracket went in fine but as we noted in the video there was a lot of friction… Full review is coming.

    you dont actually need the spacer guys all it does it supposidly make your bearing last and work better but mine have always been good and ive never used one

    No, the 19mm or 22mm indicates your spindle's diameter.

    MY spindle i stuck in my bottom bracket, i already used wd40 and clr. but it still wont come out, ive been pouding on it with a rubber mallet for a good 2 hours and doesnt even budge. any help?

    Im new to bmx bikes, how heavy should a bike be?. I have a Hoffman bike that i use and its not easy to hop with. Is it cuz im doing the hop wrong or is it just that my bike is too heavy?

    by the thumbnail, it looked like the skinniest wiener of a spindle ever hahaha. Nice home made BB press though.

    You can use wood and a hammer as well. Not as 'professional' but it works. Just tap on each side, dont do consecutive hammers repeatedly on one side. And dont directly hammer the bearings.
