    When trying to froth the milk, after sometime, the milk started to spill on my hand even though the milk was dipped fully in the nozzle and no froth was formed.
    What could be the problem and the possible solution?
    Although one day, the froth was well formed.

    okay so the coffee I get is a fine coffee meant for espresso but everytime I try and pull a shot it comes out too fast and the creme is bubbly and not smooth. I tamper it just like you do. Help?
