    Lift ur elbow
    Use ur left arm
    rotate your hips
    Talk to them about safety
    Ur supposed to have a silent demo
    Tilt ur head slightly
    Drive ur right knee
    Have ur elbow in line with shoulders
    Shift ur body weight from front to back

    Im eleven and i know more than you having done one pe lesson

    Your a gym teacher and you suck at your job

    FINALLY, you showed what I've been suspecting for a long time.  The LEFT leg is the driving leg.  From a power position, I've been driving up with my right leg.  I've noticed in many videos of shotputters that their right foot barely touches the ground and I wondered how they could drive up into the shot that way.  Now, I know because you showed it very clearly.  I'm going to correct my technique and hope that it eventually improves my throwing distance.  I'm 71 years old and like to compete in Senior meets.  In fact, I've got to search your name and see if you have any more videos.
