One of my favourite recipes is braised coconut spinach & chickpeas with lemon.  It might sound complicated but after a couple of times cooking it, you'll be a pro.  It was also the first meal I cooked when I decided to try a vegetarian/vegan diet.  Here's the link: http://www.thekitchn.com/recipe-braised-coconut-spinach-chickpeas-with-lemon-recipes-from-the-kitchn-164551

your Tabi heels are gorgeous, so excited to see them appear more in your outfits 🙂 I think regarding talking about negativity, you keep it real and thats great – id say talk about what you're comfortable with. You don't have to decide today what that is, you can kinda just see how you feel day by day and in the different situations xx

oh also a really easy and healthy recipe is making homemade pizzas on wraps. Buy a wrap, put tomato pasata sauce on it with crushed garlic, load up with veggies and put it in the over for 10 mins or till the veggies are cooked. It tastes amazing with or without cheese so if you wanted it vegan you could just do it minus cheese 🙂

search for "proper spicy hot noodle" on the BBC Good Food website – really simple and nice recipe. Also pretty adaptable if you want it to suit certain dietary requirements!

Hi Kailee, this is a tipp, no hate: try to keep your voice a little lower, it seems very high-pitched in many of your videos and that isn't any good for your voice. Also, it makes you seem like a little squeaky  girl, which you are not…

For lunch I always do Chickpea wraps and takes like 10 minutes! You put some humus, cucumber and spinach in a wrap (or whatever you want), then cook some chickepeas on the hob and mix some BBQ sauce in with them, and put them in the wrap too. Honestly one of the easiest, cheapest and best things evvvverrrr!

Not that negative is a good thing but it's not always a bad thing. Personally I like seeing and hearing about the good and the bad, shows your human and can help getting it out. This you already know. Negativity can be something we don't want to show or talk about because we don't want to bring it into the air. At the same time if we don't it can bottle up which can cause a lot more harm. Negatives can equal a positive in the end

And it’s good that you support vegan businesses:) I’m vegan and I tell people honestly any amount of support helps. Btw what’s the movie you guys were watching?

My favourite easy vegan recipes are:
-Potato/sweet potato with steamed veggies (usually steam broccoli and sweet corn) and raw veggies (like carrot sticks and pepper) with hummus and sometimes falafel
-lentil bologneise which is super easy to make and so delicious !!
-pasta with tomato sauce and veggie meatballs and veggies
-kidney beans in chilli sauce (can buy this tinned) heated up with veggies in a pan. I have this in tacos, wraps or with rice and guacamole!
-basic veggie curries that are super easy to make

I think as long as you’re being real it’s fine!!! The problem with people being only positive is that it’s fake, but it works the same way where if someone is being tooo negative (like in a fake way, not if they actually feel those feelings) it also comes across as not genuine. If you’re just being your real self and that’s complainig sometimes no problem!! I think a lot of that also comes with being a woman too, we’re taught not to complain about shit bc we should be grateful etc. but guys complain all the time and it’s fine!! Own your problems girl, it’s totally fine!!

I love making bibimbap!! It’s basically Korean leftovers so you can use whatever you want. I usually do carrots, green beans, tofu, store bought kimchi (optional), and a fried egg on top of rice. Cook w/ sesame oil and soy sauce and gochujang – so tasty. There’s a bunch of good YouTube videos on it

Hey! I think it’s okay to be negative at times. Nobody is a perfect person and nobody has a perfect life and I think it’s healthy to share the negative things that go on. Of course if you’re constantly complaining, people will either be annoyed, or they’ll be worried about you! If you find yourself complaining a lot more than usual I think it’s a sign that something needs to change in your life. But definitely don’t pretend that everything’s amazing when it’s not. I think fake positivity is a huge issue and something our generation is kind of forced to take part in. We all have rough times in our lives and it’s good to acknowledge them. xoxo Zoë

I think that it is ok and almost important to share negative things as well as positive… too many people put out this fake positivity onto their channels and pages and I personally do not like that. I appreciate when people are real about stuff. That is why I follow you. You keep things real with your followers.

I've noticed that you really like thai food and thai coconut curry is so much easier to make than you'd think! I made it probably thrice a week, I'm absolutely obsessed. And it's pretty cheap too.
I usually steam fresh veggies so that you don't have to cook them for too long in the sauce but you could also use frozen veggies. Chop up an onion and some garlic (both optional but recommended), add some curry paste to the pan and cook it for a couple minutes (you can find good thai curry paste at any asian supermarket, my favorites are red and green). Add a can of coconut milk along with some salt and a bit of sugar. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes and then add your veggies. Turn down the heat and simmer until the veg are cooked through and then serve on some rice or noodles! You can even add some cubed tofu along with the veggies.
It's seriously so good, if you're going to try anything from the comments try this.

I think its about balancing the yin with the yang 🙂 life is a balancing act…. we can't all be happy 24/7! Social media brainwashes us all into believing everyone's lives are perfect or super interesting, when really they are most likely robots adapting to everyone else.. In my opinion. But anyhow, I believe in your position to bring forth positivity as much as you can, strive for it.. but don't shy away and be afraid to sound negative 🙂 its what feels the most authentic. I can't stand 100% negative people, but there's also something fishy about 100% positive people ..lol. Humans are weird
