Yo Chris! Great video as always. One tip thought.. Can you please always include the price of stay of everywhere you go? That really helps us make decisions on where we should go. This place looks great, how much a night? Thanks brother! You have an awesome journey, keep it up!

Beautiful space! I love how the availability of these coworking spaces is growing all over the world to accommodate digital nomads. It gets lonely out here working alone and its great to be able to connect with others who love the lifestyle.

I would love this place, if I could drag a bunch of devs over there. And lock them up in the compound for an entire build.

It looks like a lovely place, with great facilities.
If you are a businessman with a corporate credit card, then the prices are very reasonable.
However, most digital nomads do not have access to large or even medium sums of money. They could have a fantastic quality of life at Mokrin House but it would probably cost them at least half, if not the majority, of their salary.

Was your stay sponsored in any way? By the way, good lighting isn't necessarily direct light. The lighting from the back at the pool looked good, you didn't have to switch.

Nice review video, please include prices as well next time! The guy showing you around in the beginning was giving off a strange vibe, I guess he's not comfortable on camera. The first half of the video was hard to watch, it was a bit creepy seeing the big open empty spaces you were hanging out in. Hahaha! I missed Denise!

That place was beautiful. Moving to Chiang Mai in Sept. Serbia wasn't on my radar but I think I'll have to eventually check out Mokrin.

2k a month for a room in a village in the middle of nowhere of a poor ass eastern euro country that few foreigners ever visit while 500 a month for an apartment gets me by just fine in a real city like Budapest…

Someone is about to file for bankruptcy soon…

    Hey Chris,

I just wanted to send this comment to you before your views go absolutely through the roof and you find it hard to view all the emails that are coming in!

I started watching your videos in October of last year, I came across them because I was looking for web development videos to help inspire me and to learn new things really.

When I first viewed your videos I was absolutely blown away, my mind was opened to these new opportunities that we can all be part of (I literally feel like I have taken the Red Pill like Neo).

2 Years previously, I embarked on a trip in 2015 for 8 months, I went with my girlfriend and loved every second of it. It was the best time of my life. And when I returned home, I didn't want that to be the only time I could enjoy something so special like that, there were a lot of limiting thoughts and beliefs coming from friends and family that it was over now, and I needed to continue with "The Grind". How could I have the best time of my life now, so young, and never again?
I then spent a whole year trying to find what I wanted to do, I didn't choose that amount of time, I was just lucky enough to stumble across your videos in pretty much a year.

Your videos were exactly what I was looking for, and they have inspired the past 9 months of my life. I started small, building my web developing skills, but after motivating videos and links to many other nomads that are doing similar travels to you, I decided it was all in my head and to start a business. I have started two now. They aren't making enough to support my life yet, and I am still working my 9-5 job as a driver. But they are growing, and I am working hard, so hopefully one day I will be able to meet you, or even join you for a trip.

I just wanted to email you this, as a thank you, to say without your videos I don't know what I would be doing now, but I seriously owe it to you for opening my mind to what is possible.

You also said you will be in one place for a while now, and I have been watching your videos, (I have watched every single one). It would be great to get an insight into what you are up to right now work wise, are you still doing web development? Or are you doing more marketing? Also, which types of Web Development and Marketing.

It would be interesting to know how many jobs you are doing, how long they take and the sort of money you can expect to get from each one, maybe from someone who is new to freelancing but also someone who is more experienced too.

Hope you are all good and still enjoying it as much as I am and I'm sure many others are. You always keep it interesting!

Thanks for all the time you put into these! Peace!

Lots of complaints about the price… it's really not that bad though! You have to look at it as money well spent on a productivity increase, which will pay out way more than you're putting in. I guess that won't do you any good if you're just doing busy work and not actually creating value for yourself though. I would consider going to a place like this, but probably not more than a month or two – then fly out for a holiday month, come back, and repeat.

love your videos Chris. Specially the locations
I have a question and I feel it can help lot of other people here too.
Can you tell me what were the set of php skills you learned to get paid at the beginning?
I always feel like I have to learn more and more php before applying for jobs or as a freelancer.

Right. I know a little of what's going on in Serbia and the comments about the pricing are correct. It should really be 50% less if they want to attract the crowds. However, saying that, it does look as the place was designed with a lot of thought and high qualty features. Now, if they were close to Beograd they would have been able to ask these prices, no prob. But in Vojvodina? not sure. So I hope they will be succesful and get their investment back because it is really a cool place, of high quality. But really they have to do something about the prices to boost sales. It would be an adventage to all if this place will continue to operate, hopefully with some measure of success. Thanks for this video, Chris.
