Great list. Made me realize how much I love the Coen brothers. But I don't get the hate for The Ladykillers. I thought it was a great movie.

Nothing they've done is better than Fargo. It's ridiculous to say otherwise.

I was a huge fan of the man who wasn´t there. Don´t think that film gets enough regognition. Great list though. No country, deserves top spot but it´s so close to call with all of their films. Easily some of the best content creators in the film business.

I have seen and loved most of the Coen's films, but "Miller's Crossing" is my favorite movie of all time. As far as I'm concerned, it's number one on the list.

No Country & Fargo are definitely their best 2 films, but hard to separate. – I regard 'Fargo' as being their signature film though, it really encompasses to essence of the Coens.

A Serious Man – hands down. By that point their wild originality had hardened into something darker, grimmer and almost philosophical. It's a meditation on the hopeless nature of existence, and the universal human predicament of being stuck with life and trying to make order from chaos. It's very black, but it's also very funny in the way that awful truth often is.
