Logan's Run, Hunter Prey, Zero Theorem, Soylent Green, Lifeforce, Deepstar Six. Outlander, The Quiet Earth, Dark City, The City of Lost Children and Brazil. That's a pretty good list as well.

Well, she asked what other movies would we recommend? Sure of course, here's my pick: Dredd 3D. Not that old Judge Dredd movie with Stallone. I mean the new one with Carl Urban. It blew my socks off so hard I can't find them till these days 😀 No seriously, the movie is great. Also, my pick number two: Chronicles of Riddick. You can see I'm a pathological fan of Urban, right? Haha yes I am. So what? 🙂 Urban usually blows socks off the sci-fi lovers anyway. Enjoy!

Equilibrium is a solid movie. It had a lot of Matrix competitive talk but that's only because the two movies came out during the same time period. Sunshine is fantastic and visually was among a small number of movies that was very ahead of its time because of the CGI (and Danny Boyle makes fun and intriguing movies). I liked Sphere but it was strangely hammered on. Pitch Black is awesome, especially on a first watch basis with a good sound system and it shows Vin Diesel has acting abilities when used in the right way.

Equilibrium was like the result of a threesome between the Matrix, The Giver, and 1984.

One who underrates movies like Heavy Metal or Equilibrium DESERVES to see forever bullshit like Micheal Bay's Movies!
And Moon DESERVES the first position as the most underrated SciFi movie cause it's a true masterpiece!
